Shipping and Returns
Our shoes are handcrafted in small batches in Buenos Aires and fulfilled from two locations — our Buenos Aires workshop and our U.S. warehouse. Availability varies by style and size.
Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within 5–10 days of purchase.
Some sizes ship from our U.S. warehouse, others from Buenos Aires. If a style ships from Buenos Aires, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery Options
- Standard (2–3 weeks): Originates from Buenos Aires and is routed through our U.S. warehouse for delivery. Duties and fees are covered by us.
- Express (3–7 days): Ships direct to you from Buenos Aires via DHL Express. Duties and fees may be collected by the carrier at delivery.
- Standard U.S. (3–5 days): In stock at our U.S. warehouse. Orders fulfilled from the U.S. and shipped domestically do not incur duties.
International Rates
- $24.95 to Canada
- $29.95 to the U.K., Europe, Australia, and the rest of the world

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For orders shipping from Argentina to the U.S., customers can expect to pay around $28 USD in duties and taxes collected by DHL before delivery.
For all other international destinations, fees vary by country.
We’re not able to pre-pay duties or taxes on your behalf. DHL will contact you directly to collect any required fees before delivery.
Although charges are not always incurred, we recommend checking your country’s customs website before purchasing. Payment of duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Please try on shoes on a clean, carpeted surface and with clean feet to help us maintain product quality. Shoes that show signs of wear (such as scuffs, dirt, or toe imprints) will not be accepted for return.
- Sample Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Archive items are eligible for store credit only.
- Shipping fees are deducted from all returns, regardless of origin or destination.
For U.S. returns, a total of $31.90 (covering both original shipping and the return label) will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, the original shipping cost and any import fees incurred will be deducted.

For domestic exchanges, we will send you a free return label but charge $19.95 to ship the replacement pairs to you
Once a return authorization is issued, items must be returned within 10 days before the return authorization is canceled and the sale is final. Refunds are processed in 2-5 business days after return is received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional time to be manufactured and dispatched.
We’re not able to provide return labels to our customers outside of the US, but we do accept international returns and exchanges if the item is sent back to us. We advise that the item being returned is sent with a reliable, insured and trackable service as we cannot process refunds or exchanges for returns that get lost in transit. The original shipping cost plus any customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund. Send an email to care@zouxou.com for instructions on returning a purchase from outside of the U.S.
Items shipped back to us without initiating a return/exchange request are done so at the customer's own risk. For additional questions regarding returns and exchanges please contact us via email at care@zouxou.com.
Lost package policy: We will make every effort to help you locate or replace a package that has been lost in transit. Once an item has been marked as delivered by the courier, we are unable to assume responsibility for it, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
Our shoes are handmade and inspected with lots of love and care, but if you receive an item that’s not how you expected or a problem arises with it, send an email with photos of the problem at care@zouxou.com and we’ll advise you on options for repair, replacement or a refund.
