Last length refers to the total shoe length. last width refers to the shoe width at the widest part. We recommend selecting the size that is .5 cm - 1 cm longer than your foot length and within 2 mm of your width. If you wear a US whole size, using a half insole is recommendeded for most closed styles to adjust the fit to half a size smaller. Half insoles are sold here.

United Stateslovely shoes, sizing didn't work
The design on these ballerinas is so dang good. I eyed these a long time before going for it. The shoes arrived beautiful but too small (I am a 9.5 and ordered 40 as was recommended). I am a huge fan of ZOUXOU but this is my one complaint--sizing feels inconsistent across models. And it's an expensive gamble to make especially because you aren't refunded for shipping. I will keep on trying and buying though because the shoes are BEAUTIFUL.
