EUGENIA is a contemporary and womanly take on the classic Mary-Jane flat. Upper is crafted from kidskin leather and lambskin lining. Features a square-toe and an angular topline. Covered buckle detail with adjustable ankle-strap. Oval - shaped stacked leather heel (18 mm) and leather sole. Handmade in Argentina.

Last length refers to the total shoe length. last width refers to the shoe width at the widest part. We recommend selecting the size that is .5 cm - 1 cm longer than your foot length and within 2 mm of your width. If you wear a US whole size, using a half insole is recommendeded for most closed styles to adjust the fit to half a size smaller. Half insoles are sold here.

Last year, I ordered these in a denim-blue shade that I think they no longer make (?), and I absolutely love them. These are real investment pieces and worth every penny. The craftsmanship is excellent, the design is elegant, and the colors are truly gorgeous. I have a somewhat narrow heel, which means that I almost always walk right out of any slip-on shoe, so I appreciate the mary-jane style. I also have foot pain and am a total baby about discomfort, so I'm picky about how shoes feel on my feet. These are so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing them. I just ordered a second pair in black. Strongly recommend. One note: The leather sole means that these can be a little slippery. If you live anywhere where it rains or if you walk fast (as I do), you'll probably want to take these to a cobbler to have a slightly grippy or textured half-sole applied. I did this, and I feel more secure in my step now. (I wish the company made the shoe with a ready-made thin tread already on them to make them more practical to wear, but going to a cobbler is only a minor inconvenience.) Customer service is also outstanding. Love the ethics of the company. Will shop here again.
