 One of the best parts to me about being a creative business owner is the community that I get to be a part of. My creative circle largely consists of other women who create everything from bags, jewelry, art & shoes. In the same way, becoming a mom has also opened me up to an amazing community of women from different walks of life who share in the experience of being a mom, while providing me with a much needed support system. In this new phase of my life, I find it extremely important for my wellbeing to share with creative business owners who are also moms, because both are difficult paths filled with struggles and successes. When Faye Smith of Sevilla Smith shoes invited me to talk a bit about my experience as a creative mom along with graphic designer Amanda Jane Jones and fashion designer Liz Pape of Elizabeth Suzann, I felt truly honored to be included.
